RCS Alisha House is a Level II monitored recovery residence designed for men in recovery who have built stability and are ready to protect it.
Only two residents share the home. Each has a private furnished bedroom in a fully updated 2-bedroom condominium located in a quiet Lynnwood development.
This is not treatment or high-density sober housing. This is structured, accountability-based living for individuals serious about long-term recovery.

Who this is for
This residence is intended for men who:
Have at least 6 months of continuous sobriety
Maintain verifiable employment
Are actively engaged in a recovery pathway
Can provide a professional or recovery reference
Are ready for increased responsibility and accountability
Criminal history does not automatically disqualify applicants.
Background screening is conducted for safety purposes. Registered sex offenders are not eligible.
No credit check required.
Rent payments are reported to help residents build or rebuild credit.
Support included
Residents receive structured monitoring consistent with Level II standards, including:
2–3 weekly touchpoints (minimum one in-person)
Biweekly recovery and employment check-ins
Employment and recovery coaching support
Referral to staffing agency partners if job disruption occurs
This residence is designed to protect momentum — not restart recovery.
Investment
$1,500 per month per resident
$750 refundable deposit
90-day initial lease term, extendable
Rent includes furnishings, all utilities, internet, reporting rent payments to credit bureaus, monitoring, and structured support.

Residents are expected to:
Maintain sobriety
Maintain employment
Respect house rules
Uphold condominium community standards
Live cooperatively with one roommate
This is a quiet, structured environment for individuals serious about long-term recovery. Entry is selective. Standards are clear. Accountability is consistent.

Applications require:
Sobriety verification - applicant attestation
Employment verification - three months of pay stubs or bank statements, or a letter of employment
Professional or recovery reference - can be from case manager, sponsor, or employer. No references from family members will be accepted.
